Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, which means all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because every item is custom printed for you, we cannot restock or resell returned merchandise.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Lost or undelivered orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe, we will work with our print partner to investigate. Verified lost orders will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the conditions above, please email us at hadleygracemerch@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Important Notes

Color variations between digital mockups and final printed products may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.

Incorrect sizing orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please double-check size guides before purchasing.
